Plenty of my friends feel the same way now and we are Boomers. Back in the day we didn't have mobile phones complete with emails and texts, we just had landlines and it was unheard of for anyone from work to contact us out of hours. But we were expected to put work first and to say family was more important was sacrilege, even though we all thought it!
