You may have discovered that your new team have induction needs, compliance training to finish, and professional qualifications that will put them on the first step of the career ladder.

Other missing skills could be business English, organizational skills, and essential components of their role for which they need a refresher.

If you are tearing your hair out wondering how you are going to train your team, especially if you have no budget, read on.

Usually, compliance and professional training will be provided by an outside training organization, so we won’t cover those here.
