Over the years I've observed that many workplaces fail to provide adequate leadership training. Consequently, leaders and managers are expected to demonstrate leadership skills but without the benefit of training.

To remedy this, I write practical step-by-step leadership articles for leaders, managers, trainers and L&D professionals.
