How did I come to this conclusion?

I’ve spent decades in Training Management roles. Most leaders, especially new ones, struggle with one-to-one meetings, giving feedback, communicating with their team, and setting SMART goals.

If you can learn these skills, you will have an advantage over many other leaders.

But a word of warning. These skills take practice. We all make mistakes when we try new things but each time you attempt each task, you will become better at it.
